When $$$ is owed to you & you are not getting paid, you make phone calls, send letters, maybe hire a collection agency. But still you have no REAL results. Just sue them in small claims court! There is no other better cost effective way to get your money! Go to courts.ca.gov to get started filing out your small claims court forms & print out 3 copies. 1 for the court, you & us. We can stand in line for you at the court house to file your case, serve it upon the defendant(s) then file the proof of service with the court. Many times immediately after we served the legal documents, you get a call from the defendant wanting to settle out of court & simply pay you. That's OK, we can file file a dismissal if in fact you are happy with the settlement. Problem solved!
