His experience includes a broad range of advising on loan transactions from Commercial Construction, Asset Based, Commercial Real Estate, C&I, and Equipment/Machinery. Mr. Marino is responsible for overseeing transactions with an aggregate value of over $500 million for various small-cap and middle-market companies in essentially all industries. His transaction experience touches all aspects of debt placement from mergers & acquisitions, to senior debt restructuring and leveraged capital transactions. Mr. Marino has been awarded the EECA (Expert Equipment Certified Appraiser) designation from the Institute of Equipment Valuation and the CMEA (Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser) designation from the NEBB Institute and is also a member of the International Society of Business Analysts (ISBA), the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), and American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
