Life Coaching is a process for personal development. Meetings occur on a regular basis while your Coach identifies your goals, addresses any obstacles & improves daily performance. Your Coach will ask questions that lead you towards discovery, progressive commitments & personal epiphanies. Through this process you find tools to create anything it is that you desire. Appointments can be scheduled to occur in person, over the phone or via Skype.
