Addressing the need for a more cost effective way for government contractors to purchase products and services BUYNCI offered any and all products and services available only to current government contractors holding an IDIQ OR BPA type government contracting vehicle. As Members contractors pay a monthly fee and a small transaction fee to BUYNCI to be able to buy products and services each other at the same price or better than they give to the government currently. Non-Members can buy from these vendors, but cannot sell products or services as this is exclusive to the Members only. Non-Members pay a lower monthly fee, but a higher per transaction fee than Members do.
