1- The River Valley Growth Council (RVGC) is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maine. 2- Our Mission is the encouraging and assisting the economic and commercial development of the Andover, Byron, Canton, Carthage, Dixfield, Hanover, Mexico, Peru, Roxbury and Rumford area, also known as the River Valley region. 3- The RVGC meets to create, plan, and manage economic development ideas, and to promote new employment opportunities through industrial and commercial diversification.
