" Idea Bucket" is a link to the Entropenurial spirit within almost every American Worker. As a buisiness owner and Sales representative myself, I understand the roadblocks and fears that prevent most of us from following our dreams, and taking the risks that are required to begin the process, or continue the process of owning, or managing a successfull buisiness. The most successfull individuals I have been fortunate enough to learn under, all shared one common denominator.. It was a healthy work / life balance !!!! Thats the key!! Stress was not in their makeup.. They had all found their own unique ways to incorperate a buisy work life with a full and rewarding personal life.
