The journey to Circa1870 began in 2019. While looking for land to park our personal RVs, we came across this conveniently located property near the intersection of Hwy 316 and Sugarloaf Parkway at 491 Harbins Road in Dacula. The land had a building, first built in 1870, that was in desperate need of renovation, from the foundation to the roof to the trees; almost everything inside and outside needed lots of love and attention!
