I have a consult with you to determine you likes, dislikes or any dietary restrictions you have. Upon your approval, create your menu of up to 2 weeks of entrees. Do the grocery shopping for those entrees before arriving at your house with my traveling kitchen. Cook all entrees. Cool down, package, store and label the entrees in containers. Put in your fridge or freezer for you to have at your convenience.Clean up kitchen and go home, leaving you with a refrigerator full of wonderful food especially made for you!
