Savitz provides actuarial and consulting services to over 60 multiemployer pension and health funds maintained pursuant to collective bargaining agreements between a union and employers, which represents approximately half of our entire actuarial practice. We feel a diversified practice exposes our consultants to a wide variety of issues and industries that benefits each individual client. Unlike some firms who serve only multiemployer funds, we are better equipped to bring a wide range of solutions to clients. Currently, 20 of our employees work on multiemployer retirement and/or health & welfare plans, and their years of experience with such plans ranges from under 5 to over 30.
