Information and helpful tips about a chosen product is presented to the consumer in the retail aisle via one of YAD's "Point-of-Decision Scanners" (POD) in the form of audio clip (and with some hardware versions, video clips). For the consumer, YAD makes shopping for otherwise intimidating and/or confusing products a more comfortable, confident, and efficient process. For the retailer, YAD helps close potential sales, moves product, and develops a solid base of happy repeat customers. YAD also provides access to web-based courses for employees and consumers, with extended employee training also being developed.
