Currently the Start1 program is being developed to include business workshops facilitated by SCORE Memphis and the Rounds About Women through SCORE. The Fund1 program includes forming an angel investor network in Memphis which is facilitated by Angel Capital Group (headquartered in Hendersonville, TN.) The purpose of forming a Memphis Angel Network is to seed new businesses in Shelby County which can create 1201 new jobs by December 2012. The Grow1 program is being developed to include professional videos from area business coaches who give specific tips to business owners.

In January 2012, Mayor A C Wharton and the Memphis City Council conceptualized a coordinated strategy for the city agenda relating to minority and women-owned business development. That strategy grew to become the Memphis Office of Resources and Enterprise, a resource agency that is designed to grow businesses by connecting business resources and opportunities.
MORE is here to help grow minority and women-owned businesses in Memphis, TN. We are a portal; we are an access of resources, and we are a bridge to partnering organizations for the clients of MORE. Together we will move forward and make Memphis a city of choice for all. Through advocacy, referral, and assistance, growing MORE opportunities, growing MORE entrepreneurs, growing MORE jobs, the MORE you know, the MORE the sky becomes your limit. MORE is a facilitator.
