All of our drivers are Certified Operators in both Light and Medium Duty towing and recovery by the North American Towing Academy. All of our new hires are required to go through a rigorous training program with a Certified Operator, and attend a certification class within 1 year of the date of hire. All of our NATA Certified Operators are encouraged to become certified through TRAA, and will receive a pay increase at the completion of each lev
