Budget HVAC Shop LLC dba Eugene's Heating and Air Conditioning is a family operated company. Eugene (short for Yevgeniy) earned his Master of Science degree in Physics in 1985. He specifically specialized in low temperature machines and equipment. Since then Eugene worked in HVAC field. Eugene also completed an additional one year studying at the DCC in order to develop his skills and knowledge in conformity with US construction codes and requirements. Eugene has NJ Master HVACR contractor licence. He also has the EPA Universal certification by ESCO Institute, as well as the Puron R-410A and HVAC/R Preventative Maintenance Technician certifications by Mainstream Engineering Corporation.
