.La India Packing Co. was founded by Antonio and Antonia Rodriguez in 1924. In 2000 we opened up The Tasting Room cafe as a selling tool for our spice and herb blends. We custom make gift baskets, and also can custom make private blends and private label packaging. Our spice shop hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 and Sat 9:00 to 12:00. Cafe Hours are 11:00 to 4:00. We are available at The Fiesta stores in Houston, Dallas and Austin and select HEB and Wal-marts in South Texas. We ship world wide. We cater and deliver.
