Emily is so approachable, so down to earth, & she really listens to what you want. A lot of photographers tend to tell YOU what you want in a shoot or event. Emily listened to me explain what our wedding was & what we were looking for in our photos & she ran with it. She met with us a few times to talk details & answer any questions we had, which was amazing. Although our wedding was small & our needs simple, she gave us tons of attention & made sure we were happy. The day of our wedding, Emily & her assistant were spectacular. They covered multiple venues with no issues & gave us just what we wanted (and more). They were so professional but at the same time fit right in with the wedding party. I got tons of comments that Emily was so nice and sweet and several asked me for her contact information. The turn-around on our photos was amazing. I hear most photographers take 8-12 weeks to get all the pictures finished. Emily had 50 or so ready for me within a few days and the rest were in my hands within 4 weeks. I couldn't believe it. The photos themselves were stunning. Emily did such a great job capturing who my husband & I were in all the photos. Nothing was forced, everything was just so "us". We are a husband and wife team and we both are graduates of Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC. We are currently located in Irmo right outside of Columbia, SC. We are wedding and portrait lifestyle/documentary photographers with a photojournalistic flair. We are also on location photographers.
