In 1987 I completed my 1200 hours at cosmetology school (back then then called it "beauty school") and I received my NJ State License. My first job was on the Base at Fort Dix NJ. I was the one who cut all their off when the entered into the service. I also learned how to do all the military cuts, hi and tights, flattops and shaving with a straight razor. It was a great experience. After 2 1/2 yrs. I started working for a salon owner named "John" in Edgewater Park, NJ. That's were the name "Zee" was born. It was hard for people to pronounce my real name. At that time I drove Nissan 300ZX-you guessed it, people started calling me "Zee". The name stuck. Next I worked five yrs., at "Alexander's in Willingboro", but my dream was to go back to Edgewater Park. In 1994 that dream came true. John
