RP is structured with license instructors, that will teach advance traing in cutting,coloring, weaving, styling for those that are not comfortabe at their skill level to enter into a professsional salon. RP will offer courses in customer service, self-worth, self-esteem, conflic resolotion,product sales and marketing. RP goal is to help them develop character, leadership skills, salon etiquette and confidence in their self as well as the salon they choose to work in.
