Massage therapy is a personal approach to health and well being that is being more and more accepted in western medicine. My work is ecclectic drawing from a background in dance, Pilates, Hakomi body based psychotherapy, and many different massage techniques including cranial sacrel, neuro muscular facilitation, deep tissue and swedish. My work with individuals includes pre and post natal massage, fertility massage, chronic and acute pain management and therapeutic exercises to enhance fitness and well-being.
