After graduating from Mount Holyoke College, I was drawn to Massage Therapy and Reiki through my own experiences of healing and recovery. Ailments that I believed were a permanent part of my life have completely altered or disappeared as a result of receiving wholistic treatments including massage, reiki, and acupuncture. I had gotten so accustomed to living in discomfort that I believed it was just the way things were--I could deal with it. It is this powerful experience I want to share with others: You don't have to live in pain! Every body is unique, and every day is different from the last. My goal is to meet you in the present moment, wherever that is today, and help you get back to feeling the way you want to feel. Together we can help you heal, reduce your stress, relieve tension, and bring your body and mind into their natural state of balance.
