I have been living a natural lifestyle for over 30 years. I love helping people change their lifestyles to become healthy and whole. It is so amazing to see how the body responds given the right tools to work with. Good food, good water, exercise, good supplements, massage. Our bodies replace the cells completely in a few years so given proper help we can improve the cells. It never ceases to amaze me how wisely we were created. How He has given us plants to help our bodies repair. Good water is such an important part of our life. Our bodies are to be over 70 percent water. Yet how many people fail to give water to their own bodies and then wonder why they fail to work right. Such a simple thing we can all do for ourselves. It does take an effort to remember to drink enough water every day. But so well worth the effort.
