I have been a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist for over 25 years. My early education was in Swedish relaxation massage. As I developed my abilities I incorporated PNF Stretching (Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) which led me to a more therapeutic approach, looking more towards a restorative massage. I added Applied Kinesiology for a deeper understanding of the imbalance that each individual body has at the time of their massage. I then perform their massage using my extensive experience with medical massage as well as a slow deep tissue massage. This has proven itself over the years to have helped many people obtain muscular balance while decreasing their pain. I enjoy teaching my clients how to stretch to maintain their increased range of motion, keeping their bodies in balance!
