I am an Asian bodywork therapist, (ABT), massage therapist, (LMT) yoga teacher and life/wellness coach with over 20 years experience practicing and teaching alternative healing techniques. My experience includes treating conditions that range from structural imbalances, injury recovery, immune and adrenal support, depression, PTSD and fibromyalgia to those seeking health and prevention or spiritual development through body awareness. My training in Eastern medicine is much the same as an acupuncturist but instead of needles I use a fusion of massage and bodywork techniques including Shiatsu, Acupressure, Reflexology, Tuina, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Craniosacral therapy and abdominal massage to activate the meridians-chakras, create balance and transform health.
