My massage style is a combination of energetically infused Swedish/Deep Tissue/ with Young Living Essential Oils and hot stone therapy if desired. I am a 16 year veteran Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Bowen Therapist, Certified level two Reiki Practitioner, who truly Loves working with women and helping them to create the life of their dreams! My goal is to connect with women on a heart to heart level in order to really get to the root cause of body pain and tension patterns. Together we will create a treatment plan specifically for you! ​I have owned and operated a small massage business for 16 years. I graduated from Renton Vo-Tech. and gained my National license in 2001. Mercer Island hosted my very first office space. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work closely with several Mercer Island chiropractors and physical therapists. I truly treasure all that I learned as a treatment therapist assisting people in recovering from auto and work related injuries. It is a magical, beautiful experience helping someone regain their health!!! I have also had the opportunity to work in a luxury spa where I am still employed 2 days a week. The environment is so beautiful and compatible for practicing Reiki during each massage. Over the years I have continued my training and education. I am a Certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, Certified Bowenwork Therapist, I have studied 2 levels of Craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, hot stone therapy, reflexology as well as specific soft tissue release protocols such as releasing the rotator cuff and treating whiplash. I have a deep and sincere Love of my profession and of working with women to assist them in creating a healthy, happy and joyous life, free of pain!!

After teaching for 27 years, I left the field of education to attend massage school. My teaching skills help my clients understand why massage is so much more than just a "feel good" activity. My specialty is stress reduction massage. We currently Swedish, deep massage, hot stone massage and body scrubs. My philosophy is "if you can't relax while I am working with you, I am not doing either of us any favors. I believe my hands are guided to find the areas of tension, some of which the client wasn't even aware.
