We are George and JudySue Kempf. We have both been appointed by the Commonwealth of Virginia to perform civil wedding ceremonies. We have been performing wedding ceremonies combined for over forty (40) years. We take our appointment by the Commonwealth very seriously and always strive to provide the most memorable wedding ceremony.
