We provide the refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal in the kitchen plus ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The complex was built in 2003/2004 and the units updated have been recently updated with new carpet and pad. High speed internet service is provided without additional charge for all residents on a twelve month lease and we do not charge an application fee!
