When a business or a private citizen wins a law suit in court, They are left to enforce it the best way they can. The court does not enforce judgments, however it does provide laws that assist the judgment holder in enforcing them. Most judgment holders do not possess the know-how to collect their judgment, so they usually turn to an attorney and have to shell out the retainer and attorney and investigation fees it will require to successfully enforce their judgment. That is where we offer a service to our community. For goods and services we purchase the judgment, which makes it ours, and gives us the rights to enforce said judgment.
