Founded in 2010, Pant & Wag (PAW) was born out of the simple realization that DC dog daycare and dog walkers in Washington DC do not provide dogs with enough fun, outdoor exercise where they can engage with nature and socialize in a playgroup with other similar DC dogs. The mission of Pant & Wag is to help DC dogs achieve their optimal levels of health and happiness through Canine Fitness Coaching. We achieve this goal through our Fitness Adventures for Dogs which feature constantly changing exercises at different dog-centric locations, while delivering to you an elite level of customer service. After all, your dog should enhance your life not dominate your time. Pant & Wag will take your furry family member out into nature with a playgroup of similar dogs to diverse and dog-pleasing destinations each day in the DC metro area and deliver a safe and exciting doggy Fitness Adventure. And unlike ordinary dog walkers in Glover Park, Georgetown or dog daycare in DC, you'll be able to review your dog's activities through your daily Adventure Log which features pictures and videos of your dog in action! Actual Exercise for Your Dog! Most dogs require a minimum of 60 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise per day, and many need at least double that amount. Leisurely dog walks and 30 minute runs around the neighborhood rarely accomplish this necessity.
