The center provides an environment that is not only safe, positive, and nurturing, but that will also give your child the opportunity to explore, learn, make friends, and most of all to feel successful. We believe that all children deserve to be treated with unconditional love and respect and that each one of them is a unique individual. We believe that the parents are the first and most important teachers in a child's life and we strive through communication and support to form a partnership between parents and staff for the good of the whole child.

It is the mission of PEMDAS Preschool to provide quality preschool education to the children of Washoe county. As our name says, we are here to allow a safe space to predict, explore, move, discover, accomplish, and succeed. We believe in a child-centered and play-base curriculum that allows for flexibility to accommodate all children through their own learning process. We provide a positive and supportive learning environment for children to feel confident and challenge themselves while keeping activities engaging and developmentally appropriate in order to create passionate life-long learners. I would call myself a lead explorer and a preschool teacher before anything else. I have been blessed with meeting and working with passionate individuals that have been powering the preschool/early childhood education movement. Now it is time to share what I have learned with Reno.
