For over 30 years Miguel Rosales has been perfecting the craft of furniture upholstery. His workshop is dedicated to preserving time honored techniques as well as utilizing latter day ingenuity. MR Upholstery is comfortable with all styles of furniture, be it Biedermeier or Bauhaus, Stickley or Sottsass. All work at MR Upholstery is done by hand (manually tied springs hand tacked jute webbing). As well the finest raw materials are used, like alder or maple hardwoods. Miguel couples a sensitivity to comfort and shape with a full comprehension of detailing (pleating, tufting, buttoning, etc.).
