Established in 1964 Howard's Upholstery & Design is a family owned business that opened in 1964. Chuck Walker grew up in an upholstery shop and took over the business from Lorraine Mather in 1979. Chuck has continued the tradition of providing superior craftsmanship and the best quality upholstery in the industry. This tradition and core value has made Howard's upholstery and Design legendary in the Concord, California community for the last forty-eight years.
