He is Chilly Billy, the ice cream man. Bill Pavone has wanted to drive an ice cream truck ever since he was a kid and worked at the Buffalo Zoo's concession stand. His desire only grew when, one traumatic day in South Buffalo, an ice cream truck manager pronounced him not a good fit. "He said I was too big," Pavone says, still wounded. That was 1976 and fast forward 30 years and he finally realizes his dream. Chilly Billy's serves Good Humor, Popsicle, Klondike, Perry's and Blue Bunny Brands of novelty ice cream. We are available for any type of party or event you can think of. We even rent out our ice cream cart for indoor functions.
