Creative Flooring Solutions (CFS) was founded in October 2013 by Marc Vest, Tripp Costen, and Ralph Costen. Together they offer over 100 years of combined flooring experience. The primary goal of this new business - to focus all of its energy to bring the absolute best products, installation services, and knowledge to the commercial and property management industry at the lowest cost available. We have acquired contracts with dozens of properties and saved our property managers a lot of money while providing quality flooring products. Our partnerships make it possible to provide low-cost and high-quality products. These partners include manufacturers such as Engineered Floors, Armstrong, and IVC. We take our role in the industry seriously and this includes the need for qualified installers. These professionals are required to maintain continual education programs. In an effort to provide full-service to our customers, we offer a variety of services, including on-site measurements and design consultations. With a 24- hour turnaround service, we get the job done before you know it.
