Our company was created with the merger of two firms, combining the resources of Rio Grande Ambulance Service of El Paso with Elite Medical Transport of New Mexico. Over the past eleven years these two companies have established reputations for delivering superior medical transport services to their clients. In West Texas and Southern New Mexico, Elite Medical Transport currently serves three counties and has a history of service in five others (when requested).
