Sean Allen the mastermind behind the cake craze calls himself "TheCakeBartender" and there is not a cocktail that he can't cake. The concept for his company started with his mother's old rum cake recipe. In his efforts to create a decadent and delicious cake that was moist and richer than most other desserts, he found that the solution was simple: add more liquid while enhancing the flavor. Cake Buzz was born and he's been serving up liqueur creations ever since. Every single one of his cakes has 1 ½ cups of your favorite liqueur or cocktail/flavor combination.
