Passion...something Stephanie has known throughout her professional career and through her personal life as a mother of 3 young children. It is something that has been at the core of a lifelong love of cooking great food. That passion now delves to the sweeter side of life with"A Piece of Cake and Confections". Her early experiences at home along with a stint with an East Bay caterer were actually set aside while she embarked on a 20 year career in banking. The passion was rediscovered again when she was requested to furnish a sweet concoction (the now famous Peanut Butter Ball) for a corporate charity event her company was participating in. Since then, "A Piece of Cake & Confections" has become more popular with each passing week. Whether it's a soft gourmet cookie, a specialty cake, or succulent specialties like baklava (or baka baka as referred to by her youngest daughter currently developing a vocabulary) her creations satisfy the needs of each individual and are available via special order in quantity for parties, weddings and special events.
