We are located in Mankato, Minnesota. I'm a huge cheesecake fan. In 2004, I made a cheesecake for a party, and everyone loved it! They thought I could sell it. I started bringing them to parties and family occasions, and I even had a big friend following. I was amazed at how many people were interested in my cheesecakes. My friends encouraged me to try different flavors; pina colada, chocolate chocolate chip, peanut butter cup, and my famous better than anything. After making 100s of cheesecakes, I had to find something to help me grow.
