My cakes are covered with buttercream, fondant or ganache, they are made to order and never frozen. Our rum cakes are made with Bacardi and are done in different flavors, like guava, chocolate, coconut, strawberry, pina colada, etc. etc. They are also filled with Dulce Leche, pina, strawberry, vainilla or chocolate pudding or you can choose any filling that you desire.BETTY CAKE, BETTY CAKE ARE THE BEST RUM CAKES IN TOWN!!!!
