Po' Boys Bakery & Cafe started out as Manna Food for Life in 2008. We did 5 Farmers Markets that 1 st summer. Last summer we did 8 Markets in 3 States leading us to our present location and name change.
We are 1 of the few made from scratch bakeries around. I have been in the food business since 1968. Never learned how to open a box and cook, lol. Have always cooked and baked the way my Grand Mother taught me.

A word or two about Marion's Gluten Free. Friday is Gluten Free Day. Fresh Breads, Candy, Cookies, Pies, and Desserts.

We cut cake, brownies, rice krispie treats, baklava, nutrition bars and more. Our custom cutters cut cost as it cuts cake. The Z system cuts a full pan of product in one cycle in as little as 10 seconds eliminating wrist, hand fatigue while cutting uniform pieces .The Z cutter is the only product on the market that can cut baklava with one cut.
