I have made cakes for 13 years and have studied with many of the biggest names in cake decorating, such as Susan Carberry, Nicholas Lodge, and Collette Peters just to name a few. I also specialize in making gourmet desserts for up-scale restaurants. I do dessert buffets for office parties,weddings, showers, office meetings, any meeting where you'd like to serve somthing for the sweet tooth. This year I studied with Cecilia Morana,and Debbie Brown where I learned figure modeling with fondant and gumpaste for baby shower and children's b-day cakes!
