My fascination with cake decorating started when I was just a little girl. I used to bake with my grandmother and watch Martha Stewart on television. I persisted and continued to learn everything there was about desserts and cake decorating. I joined the culinary program at my high school and became head pastry chef there. I continued for 4 years and started decorating cakes for the first time. After high school, I applied and got accepted to Johnson and Wales University in North Miami, FL. I recently graduated and now I am on my own! Cakes, cupcakes, pies, and pastries of all sorts are my passion. If you can dream it, I can make it!
