I have been baking since I was 10 years old and have always had a creative imagination about flavors that compliment each other. Several years ago I took all the available Wilton Cake Decorating courses and then became a Wilton Certified Cake Decorating Instruction and taught at the local Michaels and JoAnns stores. Once I chose to make baking a business, it has grown by leaps and mounds...of buttercream!
