We went to the local bakery who only did simple cakes, and nothing fancy. We wanted a more elaborate birthday cake for the kids so we decided to make one ourselves. I learned cake decorating from my father, who was a master baker, and we worked for Uptown Ovens bakery in Minneapolis Minnesota. Since there is no actual bakery in the area we decided to take things into our own hands. I can make any kind of cake, and if I do not know how we will learn.
