My love for sewing started at home at a very young age. I can vividly remember my mothers sewing basket full of buttons, pins and ribbons. I spent hours playing with them. I remember all the plastic and metal thimbles, and who doesnt remember the famous tomato or strawberry pin cushions. I love that sewing is a mix of old and new. Just like all the different size scissors my mother had some were her new purchases and some were old from her grandmother. Once I even used those scissors to cut my parents sheets while I was supose to be napping, oh and did i mention it was a king size waterbed ;) I hope that when you purchase my items you too see my passion for sewing in all the details. Choosing the fabrics, mixing and matching the patterns and colors are just as fun as sewing for me.I hope
