Ole South Flooring in McMinnville, TN was started by Ralph and Joyce Griffith in December 1980 with only 3 rolls of carpet. In 2008, the business was passed onto their children, Brent and his sister Leigh Ann. As the economy was weak, Brent started working over in Afghanistan for the US government in 2010-2013 while Leigh Ann operated Ole South solely until Brent's return in 2013. Leigh Ann passed away in 2014, leaving Brent & Joyce to remain as Owners & Operators. Thank you to Warren County. & Surrounding Areas for the continued support for Ole South!
