Welcome to Columbia County Cheeseboards?. Our Cutting Boards and Centerpieces are made from select hardwoods sustainably harvested from the rich landscapes of Canaan, New York. Only the choicest Cherry is used to make our all-natural, long-lasting products. You will come to appreciate the details of these handcrafted wood products that are milled locally in Columbia County and air-dried for 3-4 months before finishing. Only natural, synthetic-free materials are used. All Columbia County Cheeseboards? are hand-sanded to a fine smooth serving-surface. The tops are finished and sealed with a combination of double-filtered organic beeswax from the State of Washington and walnut oil to create a food-safe serving & cutting surface.
