The concept for Sweet Bubble Soap Cafe started 10 years ago in their kitchen when sisters Susan and Debbie Moyer and Mary Romero, and their mother Shirl, began making one-of-a-kind soaps. They first made an oatmeal soap bar when they couldn't find one at the store. Little did they know the simple concoction would turn into the thriving business that they operate today. The creative and charming handmade soaps come in basic soap bars or in edible-like designs such as cupcakes, pastries and fruit.
