New - these are brand new items never opened and include a stock photo. 2. OpenedStock - these are previously opened and tested items that are guaranteed to be in "like new" condition. We test and guarantee quality. The pictures are the actual photo of the item you are purchasing. In many cases the manufacturers warranty is still valid. Most often our opened products are only a couple of weeks old. We have contracts with some of the largest manufacturers and distributors across the globe.
