Acclaimed for her beautiful sound and passionate performances, violinist Delyana Lazarova is a young artist with a growing international career as a soloist and chamber musician. A native of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, she began formal violin studies at the age of 5. Only a few years later she won the First Prize at the National Violin Competition “Svetoslav Obretenov”. By the age of 16 Ms. Lazarova had already won top prizes in national and international violin competitions and made her solo orchestral debut with Plovdiv and Pazardjik Philharmonic Orchestras in Bulgaria.
