Driven by a love of science, Dr. Pawan Seth based in Irvine, California became a pharmaceutical and medical business entrepreneur. He spent several decades working on drug development research and formulation development of pharmaceutical drug products in Europe and then in the United States. Dr. Seth has founded and owned several leading pharmaceutical operations. His company PharmPASS was actively involved in drug formulation development for many years. PharmaPASS successfully licensed numerous products to many US and European pharmaceutical firms. His Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences was received from Louis Pasteur University, faculty of Pharmacy, Strasbourg, France. Dr. Pawan Seth worked for various pharmaceutical firms in Germany and Switzerland. With ties to the are, Dr. Seth started his own product development operation in Strasbourg, France. In 1995, Dr. Pawan Seth migrated on national interest entry California where he founded and owned PharmaPASS in Irvine, California. In 1999, Biovail Pharmaceuticals, acquired part of his operation for the special technologies developed by him.
