It is very important for children to share meals with their parents 4 to 5 times per week, so children can grow up being their best. Recent studies have proven that everyone, who stays active socially, has better memories, has improved immune systems and they are healthier overall. Sharing meals together is one way for everyone, adults and children, to stay socially active.
